Moreover We charge on per second basis, not per minute basis, so that you can use most of your Wallet Balance unlike other platforms, who charge on per minute basis and you unwantedly have to leave 20-40 Rs in your Wallet.
Advantage of this is also that you can talk maximum on-call-time unlike others even 1 second in next minute is charged full next minutes.
Ex- if Expert Fee is 30 Rs/min and you have 200 Rs balance, you can talk for Flat 6 minutes only on other Platforms, and Rs 20 will remain useless in your wallet. Whereas on our platfrom if Expert fee is 30 Rs/min & Rs 200 as wallet Balance you can talk for 6 minutes + 40 seconds + 60 seconds(FREE on all calls) = 7 minutes, 40 seconds, Which is approx "28% more Service Time" in Same Price than other platfroms, 27.77% to be precise in this case. Now you know why you should use our platfrom. ;)
1. Do i have to Create an Account for Consultation on Phone or Chat?
Yes, an Account is mandatory for availing any Service from AstrosXP platform.
2. Why are you asking for so much details on account creation?
All the information asked is the bare minimum information required to avail all functionalities for our Platform. Please understand it is like that for your convenience in future.
3. I have recharged balance into my wallet, how do I consult with astrologer on call now?
After recharge, Goto main screen or Talk to Astrologers Page, Choose desired astrologer, Click/Tap on Call button of Expert, a call will be initiated from our side to astrologer and then to you in 1-4 minutes if you Agree to do so in Dialogue.
Make sure your Registered Mobile number is the Same mobile number on which you are Expecting a Call on. Make sure to keep your mobile phone free, in well networked area, and ready to receive call.
4. Do i have to Call or Will i receive Call from Platfrom Side?
No Need to worry, Our Process is Hastle Free. You just have to have a working registered mobile number having active services and Network coverage, Rest all is upon us. You will Receive call from our side within 1-5 minutes of pressing Call button (10-12 minutes in some cases). Your Screen will show updated information time-to-time as the process proceed.
5. I didn’t received call from astrologer even after waiting for 1-5 minutes after clicking Call Button, what to do?
Relax. It happens sometimes that astrologer wasn't able to pick the call or is on call with another customer or is on another Personal Call or busy in personal chores or any other reason, its totally ok, they are human too, no balance has been deducted for not using the service. If you don’t receive call with in 2 minutes after requesting call, you can request again.
6. How shall i pay for Calls? What are available Payment Methods?
You need to add balance to/Recharge the AstrosXP Wallet , then you can use the Wallet balance for calling to any Astrologer from insisde our Platfrom. We use Razorpay as Our Payment Gateway Partner for Users in India, so payments modes are All Major Credit-Debit Cards/ Net Banking/ UPI/ Wallets (AmazonPay/PhonePe/JioMoney/Freecharge/AirtelMoney/PayZapp) etc.
7. My Wallet has balance, but i am not able to make calls, why?
You need to have minimum 5 minutes fee equivalent balance to initiate a call. We recommend you to consult best astrologers, so would suggest you to recharge enough amount. If you have less balance, you can call Experts with Low per minute fee. Ex:- ABC Astrologer has fee of 15 Rs/min then you need to have 15 × 5 = 75 Rs as minumum balance to start Call. YAY!! No Strict minimum Balance is Required on our Platform, unlike many other Platforms.
8. I want to talk to multiple astrologers, do i have to recharge 2 times?
No, Just the total amount shall be the enough to have 5-5 minutes calls to multiple Astrologers, single recharge of total expected amount shall do. Remember, You only need to have minimum 5 minutes fee equivalent balance to initiate a call.

11. Is it possible to change my registered email ID and mobile number after registration?
Yes, changing Mobile Number after Registration is Possible, Whereas changing Email id after Registration is Not Possible as it will uniquely verify you, if and when required. For changing mobile number Contact Support on mail from your registered email id.
